Dust generated by the activities at the plants, including dust associated with traffic to and from the plants shall be controlled by paving, sweeping, watering or the best management practices. Well designed sprinklers shall be appropriately located at all points to contain dust pollution. Jets of water shall be provided at the mouth of the crushers in such a manner as to ensure that the stones are thoroughly wet during the crushing.
